After you schedule your appointment, we will discuss what your interests are and if there are any specific areas you want to focus on

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I injured my knee and wasn’t able to run for years. I started yoga and it transformed my health. I was able to run again. Yoga healed me, I want it to do the same for others

I’ve worked with individuals ages 14 to 70 from all walks of life

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

This practice can be relaxing, it can be a workout, it can be both.

Just thinking about how long of a session you want it to be.
