Let's connect ! IN PERSON OR ONLINE YOGA COACHING PRIVATE YOGA (50 min): 1 session - $150 4 sessions - $ 575 MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS COACHING (45 minutes): 1 session - $100 Packages can be discussed after the assessment of your skill and need. I also teach group sessions, email me for the quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Free consultation via phone to discuss the goals, and then just trust the process and explore and see for yourself what we will be able to achieve, the sky is the limit.

200Hour Yoga Teacher Training Usui Reiki Certified -Master level Yoga Shred Trained by Sadie Nardini Zumba Certificate Bachelor of Arts-Counseling Psychology

I was referred to this website by my client who, I helped to fix back and neck concerns.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am currently working with the DC Department of Employment - teaching mindfulness and chair yoga to people who come from disadvantaged neighborhoods, but who want to start somewhere. People who are learning how to find a job, to pass a background check.
