What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

🧘🏻‍♀️Yoga Please read carefully: Yoga Therapy requires an intake form followed by a zoom session. As a yoga therapist, I work behind the scenes in researching your specific needs which will require an upfront fee to commit to the session. ➡️Initial Yoga Therapy session includes consultation, session, and follow up plan. $120 The sessions can include Reiki, Thai Yoga, Meditation, Yoga, Plan $60 Thereafter for a session via Zoom or in person. 🚗If travel is involved, a fee is included with a non-refundable deposit based on a round trip. Private Yoga Class - 1 up to 6 clients starting at $60 at my location. After 6 people, the price goes up to $10 per person for 60-minute sessions including travel time fees. 📿90-minute sessions are also available, please inquire.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically if it is someone who has specific needs that requires research in regards to yoga therapy, I will need for the client to fill out an intake form and do a consultation phone call to go over the details. If the client is looking for private instruction for a private event, such as bridal showers, gals sessions, mens yoga, etc, then usually there is no intake form and we just have a quick chat of what the client would like to incorporate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Originally it was for depression and anxiety as well as physical fitness. From there I never steered away from yoga and continue to educate in the field of yoga to help others.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My recent project is working private clients one on one to integrate yoga into their life. It's a constant project I am fond of as I see many people go through personal growth and development.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who is willing to meet you where you are at, but for someone who is willing to tell you how it is in your journey. It's important to find someone you can speak with and who is also not afraid to refer you out to other specialists in their field.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should ask about their personal injuries and modifications for their injuries. Don't ever feel embarrassed or ashamed to ask for modifications from your instructor.
