Introduction

I have been on a personal healing path for many years and my favorite thing in the world is providing space for others who are ready to embark on their own journey of expansion. I would be honored if you considered working with me - I can be your yoga teacher, ritualist, coach, or plant medicine facilitator. I also am a somatic integration practitioner. I love helping others tap into their own innate wisdom for healing, growth, transformation and results! I have been teaching yoga since 2006 years, and leading 200 hour yoga teacher trainings since 2016. I am excited at the prospect of helping you with whatever your needs are. I will create a safe container for simple modalities like dialogue within the coaching process, tailored yoga sequences that will best benefit your needs or in person somatic integration sessions. I also love creating sacred space through ceremonious modalities like breath work and plant medicine. All of my offerings are crafted to help clients/participants to open up in profound and transformative ways. I love to work with all kinds of people, so if you feel any resonance please reach out and let's see if we are a fit. I can come to you for yoga, or you to me. I usually offer coaching over the phone, but am open to in person sessions as well. Somatic integration sessions can be done either way. I look forward to connecting with you!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I completed my first 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2006 with Red Stone Yoga in Charlotte, NC and have been teaching since. I have taken many trainings and received several certifications over the course of the last 14 years including pre-natal, yoga, yin yoga and 300 hour advanced shamanic yoga. I completed my first coaching training in Oct 2018 at Somatica Sex and Intimacy Coaching Berkeley, CA and am currently enrolled in Sacred Depths Coaching program, which will be complete August 2020.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The first time I came to my yoga mat I felt a deep sense of coming home to myself. I immediately knew I would one day share the practice. A year later I was in my first 200hr Yoga teacher training and now I lead them! I took my first coaching training not with the intentions of coaching, but to understand and heal myself more. As I dug into this work it became apparent that there was such a need for it and my desire to help others even more continued to grow.
