Introduction

Graduate of East Carolina University My focus is delivering a comprehensive product that is inherently satisfying. I appreciate my clients more than anything and that is evident in my training style. In order to create a logical exercise program that is thorough and rewarding we start with a Functional Assessment. Once we realize our limitations and analyze areas that need improvement the journey begins! I am an expert in safely guiding people towards their fitness and wellness goals. I have thousands of hours of 1v1 experience. My specialty are clients that have a compromised musculoskeletal system but I enjoy working with all ages and all demographics. From Parkinson's to Triathlete From Elderly to Juvenile From Strongman to deconditioned I can help any and all populations become more functional, more resilient and most importantly STRONGER!

unfold fold
I have always been interested in Public Health. While studying at the University I came to realize that there is a new epidemic that is sweeping the nation; People do not know how to move properly! With improper movement comes a host of problems. I realized early on that if you can help people to move properly and thus exercise properly, you can easily create a situation in which they learn to LOVE exercise.

Mainly the people that I deal with are on the older side (50+), however I am very well versed at dealing with any age from 10 to 100. My oldest client to date is 90 years old! -I like working with older people because it presents a rewarding challenge. -I like working with younger people because they adapt incredibly quickly. -I like working with the physically compromised because quality of life matters. -I like to work with any and all who are willing to TRY.
