Introduction

I help women recover from burnout and stress by learning to regulate their systems. You will tap into your strength & vitality through the use of movement, life coaching, and energy management techniques so you can better understand how to ground and center your energy in different circumstances. I blend techniques including: yoga, pilates, dance, nervous system regulation, meditation & mindset shifting exercises uniquely tailored for each individual or group setting. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Onboarding call - 30-45 minutes At least 1 session per week for consistency (ideally 2-3) A 60-90 day plan carved out during the onboarding call & 1 session, accompanied by a guidebook to help keep you accountable between sessions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been a dancer my entire life and began learning from a very young age functional ways of healing from injuries and generally how to keep my body feeling strong and aligned. I also had difficulties experiencing ineffective training that lead to more injuries and discomfort in my body and learned how to avoid that and train myself & others in the most functional ways possible.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Yacht Yoga - week long catamaran trip where I was able to help the group feel energized and strong in their bodies throughout a week of sailing, activities and lots of yummy foods!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure that your provider has the knowledge, patience and awareness of how to address the root causes of any discomfort or pain you may be experiencing in order to then help you resolve it. Avoid the cookie cutter mindset, because every body is unique and needs a unique plan to help you reach your goals and overcome limiting beliefs you may have about your body.
