What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer a new student special of 3 classes for one set price. That price is determined whether they are coming to me, or if I am traveling to them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask them to tell me about their health history, what led them to Pilates/Yoga and what they hope to get out of the sessions. The first session is usually a basic session to establish their level of comfort and then I base each subsequent class on what they have told me and around their unique preferences and needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 16 years of teaching experience and hold certifications in Yoga, Yoga assists and adjustments, Classical Pilates Mat and have had over 650+ hours of training in the Classical Pilates Equipment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks in the past and Pilates/Yoga changed my life so much for the better that I become an instructor. I wanted others to know they do not have to suffer from any ailment and they can and will feel better.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I teach private, group and Corporate yoga/Pilates sessions. I offer modifications and variations from beginner to advanced and for those with injury and special considerations of all kinds.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Receiving my certification in the Classical Pilates Equipment. It took over 8 months and over 650 hours of training.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please ask me questions. There may be a question that you have that the answer is not on my website but I want you to know exactly what your session will consist of and if you have any special needs/requirements.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Whether they can truly be consistent with their practice to achieve results/goals or are they looking for a one-of for fun, curiousity, a special event, etc. Ask about pricing, specials, cancellation policies, etc so you will know up front what to expect without surprises. Also, ask yourself if private sessions or group is realistically within your budget. Chances are, we can find something that will work for you.
