Hi Everyone - Welcome to my page! I’m Zoë, a 800 hour certified yoga Instructor. I have been a yoga instructor for 5 years. I work with people of all different levels, shapes, sizes, backgrounds, and personal goals and I can't wait to get started with you! I have been certified from Kripalu School of Yoga and Y7 studio. Yoga has helped me heal in so many ways throughout my life and I knew I wanted to give the gift of yoga to others, so, I went to yoga school back in 2018 and never looked back! I have a passion for making people feel at home and safe in their body & mind. I believe movement is medicine and Yoga is the best form of a moving meditation to reconnect with the mental, physical, and emotional body. My clients feel at peace, strong, and empowered in their bodies after leaving a yoga session with me. I’m based in NYC , but I also teach virtual Yoga, semi - private group classes all over the tristate area for bachelorettes, birthdays, reunions, weddings etc!
