Hello! I am a Los Angeles Native born and raised. I teach Vinyasa, Yin, and Children’s Yoga. I am also a Trauma Sensitive Yoga teacher. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, speaking to the client about their goals and then a brief questionnaire to address any health related issues before designing a plan that would meet their needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began practicing yoga in 2007 as a way to relieve stress from my busy career and academic studies. After many years of practice and teaching yoga to my special education students, I decided it was time to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016. I combined my previous experience of elementary school teaching and yoga.

Adults, adults with injuries, children, and beginners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I completed a Master's Degree study on working with students with disabilities and the effects of yoga on their learning.
