My journey has taken me around the world—from Guatemala to Hawaii—learning, practicing, and sharing healing traditions from diverse cultures. This experience helps me bring a unique, compassionate, and informed approach to supporting your optimal wellness. I offer Reiki and yoga sessions designed to meet each client's needs, whether you’re seeking relaxation, healing, or a deeper connection to yourself.
