Before we start our first session, we try to figure out what a practitioner is looking to work on. Based on the goal and specific area of practice, I prepare the session. After having the first assessment, I discuss with the practitioner even precise manner to target the goal of the practice. Accordingly, I make the plan which can help the practitioner best.
First of all, I want to know what they are looking for. What is really they have decided to work on? If he/she makes her point clear then I move accordingly to help him/her achieve the goal.
