Introduction

I want to help the WHOLE person with OVERALL wellness. I offer one-on-one attention and focus on each individual's needs. My workout sessions, shopping lists, meal plans, and support are tied to your specific needs. I have experience working with clients starting a fitness routine, focused on weight loss or muscle definition, interested in stress relief, or older clients looking to maintain balance and flexibility. I get to know my clients from our FIRST conversation. Knowing what their schedule is like, current eating habits, interests, and passions helps me understand what works for them. I love working one-on-one with clients to help relieve stress, anxiety, stiffness, and flexibility. Through nutrition and fitness, they can achieve their weight loss goals, have more energy, and increased focus. And this has a positive impact on EVERY aspect of their lives!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I like to set up an initial call to get to understand the client's needs and to develop a schedule and plan for moving forward. This information lets me make a recommendation on the types of workouts we should focus on (taking any injuries or preferences into account) and the appropriate meal plan for their goals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up in a family that didn't know much about exercise and nutrition. My fitness journey started in college as a way to relieve stress. As an adult, I saw how important fitness and nutrition is in our every day lives. I strive to help others develop a healthier LIFESTYLE.

I have been working with a new mom who finally made the decision it was HER TIME. Once she committed to following a daily workout routine and meal plan she lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks and is still going STRONG. She said she can't believe how much energy she has and how her digestion issues have disappeared.

Look for professionals that want to focus on your SPECIFIC needs. Your goals, interests, and needs should be their top priority. And know that a nutrition component is SUPER important for driving change and reaching your goals.
