How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a professional dancer I encountered multiple injuries requiring recovery. Fueled with the desire to better understand my own body & optimize recovery I educated myself so that I could help others on a similar path. No matter the circumstance, there is always something you CAN do!

My clients tend to be optimizers. Folks who deeply care about their well being, desire consistency, appreciate my thoughtfulness, and want to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability with their movement regimen.
