I am originally from Japan. I first started practicing yoga in Japan. Now, I am located in Dallas. I am certified to teach regular yoga, kids yoga, and prenatal yoga. I have been teaching yoga for many years. As well as I teach yoga privately, I teach at Fitness Connection in Dallas and a city, Farmers Branch. My yoga is quite adjustable based on your levels and needs. Yoga definitely helps you with the shape of your body and your joint/back pains. I focus on correct alignment of each pose so you can make the most out of yoga. I am RYT 200, American Yoga Alliance yoga instructor.
My schedule is quite flexible on weekdays and weekends.
