Introduction

If you want a healthier and happier life, no matter your age, then ahhhMazing Life is right for you. Whether you are concerned with getting older without getting "old", maintaining or regaining your health, nutrition, physical fitness or the signs and symptoms of aging, I will work with you to define your path to a healthier and happier you. I will be there as a guide to answer questions, provide support, and help you determine and accomplish your goals. I am a health coach who is older (according to the calendar) than when I started my own healthy lifestyle journey over 14 years ago but feels and looks years younger (according to my physician of over 30 years). I spent much of my life in very stressful positions in law enforcement, the justice system, and the international corporate world. I am now inspired to help others navigate the "real world" with more ease and choices to retain and build health (living long) versus destructive lifestyle choices (dying long). My clients have included marathon runners, physical therapists, energy workers, and individuals with arthritis, degenerative diseases, MS, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Step 1 is to truly understand my clients perspective on their current and desired state Step 2 is to develop a process to traverse the gap and set meaningful milestones Step 3 is to begin the journey and make adjustments along the way, based on client results and challenges and both the client and I better understand their body and mind in making necessary changes Step 4 celebrate along the journey

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have achieved the current highest certification of yoga instructor E-RYT 500 I am a level 1 QiGong instructor Integrative Health Coach (nutritionist) through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition Certified BHW Success Coach And currently studying Aromatherapy integration

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began "healing" and healthy lifestyle work when I took yoga teacher training to advance my own knowledge for my personal practice and realized the damage to my body that occurred by living a very highly stressed lifestyle; and finding I could take steps and make changes to reverse the damage. I then continue to grow my knowledge and skills to expand my abilities to help others live younger longer and retain or reclaim lost health and vitality.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My yoga clients have had age ranges of 8-80. And health profiles of marathon runners to chronic conditions of fibromyalgia, RA, brain injury cerebral palsy, and MS.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Their openness, willingness to communicate honestly about themselves and commitment to change and barriers to their success. It will help their coach/teacher better navigate the path to success.
