Hi, I’m Claudia. I offer yoga, meditation, & sound healing sessions that are gentle, supportive, and grounded in real-life needs. Especially for those navigating injury, illness, chronic stress, or big life transitions.
My approach weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness to help you feel more at ease in your body without needing to push or perform to any specific spiritual belief. This work is about coming home to yourself in a way that feels safe, steady, and sustainable.
What Working Together Looks Like:
• Movement that supports your body’s current needs—whether you’re dealing with tension, fatigue, or recovery from injury or illness
• Breath practices and nervous system tools to help regulate stress and reconnect with calm
• A steady, patient presence—especially for those new to yoga, older adults, or anyone returning to movement after a pause
• A realistic, down-to-earth approach to wellness that meets you where you are
Who I Work With:

• Sessions available in-home, in-studio, or community settings
