What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduated in physiotherapy in 2012 in Rome, Italy. Certified Usui Reiki Master since 2015. Certified 200h Yoga and breathwork teacher from Sattva Yoga, Rishikesh, India, 2016 Vipassana Meditation Course, Sarnat, India 2016 Certified 300h Yoga teacher and level 1 Yoga therapist from Inbody Academy, SLC, UT, 2020 Apprenticing Shamanism since 2018, learning the use of medicinal plants for emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I felt called to help others since a was younger. I come from a family where both parents are in the medical field. After studying for years the western medical system, I transitioned to holistic approaches where body, mind and spirit are integrated.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with people who need clarity and change in their life, people who suffer of anxiety and depression, childhood traumas and sexual abuse. People who want to live a healthier and happier life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I suggest my costumers to commit to at least 5 sessions to see a remarkable change.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's a matter of vibe. It is important that both costumer and provider feel comfortable with each other to work together and get the best results. Follow your gut when you choose who to work with.
