1.5 hr introductory/assessment session where we pinpoint your needs and/or goals prior to creating a plan to commit to the practice on a schedule that is doable for the client

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki L2 certified. Studied in India, Panama, Jamaica, etc.

Started for Personal Benefits but then wanted to share this peace with others.
