Introduction

I have been practicing yoga and mindfulness for 10 years. I lead with a gentle hands-on approach, accompanied by my beloved Tibetan singing bowl, that i inderduce through meditation and breath work. I specialize in Vinyasa, slow flow, chair yoga, restorative, as well as fusion style. I love working with women who are in their menopause journey . I believe yoga has the power to heal all aspects of the body, mind, and spirit.

my pricing will vary depending on the needs of my students.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to start by getting to know my student/student's and their needs. What they are looking to achieve, mind body spirit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I completed my 200 hour Yoga teacher training with Danielle Talley, at Sky's The Limit Yoga Co. I'm also a lifetime student, and will continuously learn my craft.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

10 years ago I went through life changing events that led my down this path. I started practicing at home in my living room it was there i fell in love with Yoga. My relationship with myself has grown immensely through my practice.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all ages, prenatal, students recovering from injury/surgery. women in all stages of menopause, students that need pelvic floor work. Mobility training.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

look for passion make sure they love teaching. It will greatly improve your experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

specialization, ask what they went to school for. Make sure it meets your needs before you move on to availability and pricing.
