What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices are per class and take into consideration size of the group and my travel time to your location. Use of mats and props is included. I offer class packages that enable the client to take advantage of a discounted rate by purchasing in bulk in advance (best deal for regular clients)!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will talk to you via phone or in person about what you are looking for in a yoga instructor, make sure we are a good fit to work together, and come up with a plan for your first class. I will take in consideration your skill level, type of yoga requested, any specific needs or details. From there I will create subsequent classes based on your needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started teaching private instruction for individuals, and then branched out to work with studios, private groups, corporate clients. I have a years long personal yoga practice and have found it to be powerful in changing my physical and mental health. I wanted to share the practice that changed my life for the better by teaching yoga to others.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Currently teaching a weekly rooftop yoga class for a private corporate client for the summer. Being able to come in and give them some peace and exercise in a personal setting in the middle of their work day is very gratifying.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you like the instructor, and that what they are able to teach falls in line with what you are looking for. Ask questions so you feel comfortable working with them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are my goals for private yoga? How often do I want to have sessions? What kind of class do I want (physical, meditative, beginner, a combination)? What kind of teacher do I work best with?
