My fees are affordable and depends on needs of client and scope of services provided. Discounts on travel time; waiting time and discussion with client/customer over the phone; emails and text messages are granted.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After meeting or talking to a client and as soon as all information and copies of documents are provided, clients just sign the documents for court filing or for serving copies to opposing parties, and the process is completed and/or continued either by phone or email until judgment or a resolution is issued in a span of 1 day or 1 week or 1 month or 6 months or within a certain period of time depending on how long it will take for the court to approve and/or finalize the issuance of a judgment or resolution.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20 years of work experience with a law firm. A degree in Bachelor of Laws (J.D.) and a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration (BSCBA). Have been a notary public for more than 3 years. Appeared as witness of clients before Judges in several courts in Northern California. Have assisted self-represented litigants in preparing acceptable documents for filing with courts.

Professional experience in a law firm for more than 35 years as a paralegal/legal assistant/Sr. Legal secretary. Work experience as an independent contractor doing legal document preparation for self-represented clients for more than 25 years. Handled more than 1,000 clients in the past who were satisfied with services provided.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Self-represented customers including those who previously were represented by lawyers and all those who are confused with the judicial system process when they started their paperwork and no longer know how to proceed. All litigants who have received rejection letters from courts including those who do not understand how to respond with court instructions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Divorce, unlawful detainer, small claims, probate, Living Trusts, Wills, power of attorney, immigration and all civil matters. The process was completed timely per court deadlines.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If client's issue is complicated and contested, I would advice the client to hire an attorney.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should first try to offer a settlement or a compromise with the other party and dwell on whether it is worth proceeding with their concerns using a paralegal, a document preparer, a professional specializing in said field or a lawyer to minimize and/ or avoid huge financial burden and emotional stress.
