Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
For most of our services we charge a flat fee because most of our work is transactional (e.g. trust, will, guardianship documents). Therefore, our clients know upfront what they will pay for our services. Our probate services tend to be on an hourly basis. We also also open to trade professional services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We provide free consultations for anyone who wants to learn more about our services and how we are different from other law firms.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
B.A. // M.A. // J.D.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with hundreds of individuals and families throughout Colorado.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Putting the legal documents in place to make sure your legacy and loved ones are protected is only the first step. The second step that is equally important, is to make sure your assets align with your estate plan (e.g. Will or Trust), and this is also why it is so crucial to work with an attorney. Also, if you have minor children, then a simple will is NOT enough. With minor children, you need either a Will with a Testamentary Trust, or a Living Trust.
