Free Phone, FaceTime or Zoom consultation to start. Then, after coming up with a plan, drafting, review, and signing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After practicing juvenile law and immigration law for many years, I began to hear from too many friends whose parents didn’t have the most basic planning documents in place, and neither did they. It’s so rewarding to be able to offer this service now.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Helping a young couple with 2 minor children create a plan, including two wills, powers of attorney, and declaration of guardian for their minors - they were unaware that court intervention would be necessary if something happened to both of them and they did not have that one document, they assumed the grandparents could automatically step in and take custody.
