What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
1. We have a free phone consultation with a licensed attorney to discuss your situation and recommend an estate plan based on your specific individual situation. 2. If you want to get started, we will gather all of the the necessary information (names, addresses, phone numbers of the people involved), prepare your documents, and send the 1st draft for your review and approval. 3. We schedule a call to review the documents with a licensed attorney to ensure everything is prepared according to your wishes and there are no typos or changes that need to be made. 4. Once approved, we deliver the final documents and arrange for everything to be signed and notarized in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
