What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Services are provied at both hourly and flat rates depending on the particular service requested. Most Bankruptcy, Business preparation and Real Estate services are typically offered at flat rates depending on the complexity . Tax represenation and perparation services will typically depend on the unique situation of the client. Estate Planning services are tyically offered with flat rates and we do offer multiple packages for estate planning services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically provide a consulation with the client and after acceptance we will provide an engagement /retainer agreement and/or other understanding of our engagement with the client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Florida Attorney and Certified Public Accounant. I have been licensed as a CPA for more than 18 years. I have a license in both Florida and Maryland.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in this type of work during my attendance at college. I have worked for a couple of different CPA firms for several years before venturing out to start my own back in 2003. I have always been interested in Tax Representation , Business Law and Estate Planning since entering law school. Our goal is to provide exceptional legal services while educating the community including personal and entrepreneurs about the importance of sound business practices, tax representation and the necessity of proper estate planning.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with individuals, and business clients including non-profits, for-profits, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companines.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my most memoriable projects included Individual and Small business representation for a client that had a Internal Revenue Service tax liability of more than $400,000. The client was a business owner with several Limited Liability Companies, and Corporations including a Tow-Truck Company, Landuromat, and Real Estate business. This was a long case because it dealt with multiple corporations and LLC' s along with personal schedule C's however at the end of the representation the clients came out of it with $0 in tax liability assessed to them and their businessess.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Work with a professional that will be able to understand your circumstance. Make sure they they are both attentive and knowledgable. Look for a professional that will maintain proper communication with you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should think about what is most important for them. Is it the fee? the service? or the result? . Remember that sometimes the cheapest person may not always be the best and it may also reflect in the service provided. Although we may not always be the cheapest attorney on the block, we strive to get you the best service and results at the most resonable cost for the type of services provided.
