What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Estate Planning consultations are always free. All other services are $150.00 for phone consultations, $175.00 for virtual consultations, and $200.00 for in-person consultations. Our firm uses flat fees for our services so that you are never surprised by your legal bill.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Clients can contact our firm via phone or email to set up a consultation time and date. Clients can also book directly on our website. We utilize a client portal to send out calendar invites and intake forms. You can fill out your forms online.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduate receiving a Bachelors, JD, and Ga Bar License.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked as General Counsel for various Insurance Agencies. While working in the legal department for a Life Insurance company, I realized the need for proper estate planning. Many insurance clients were unaware of how life insurance could benefit their families over generations through planning and preparation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a plethora of clients on many different legal issues. We can assist any customer with Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration, as well as Business Law, Civil Litigation, and Employment Law.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We worked with a family to correct legal issues and the fraudulent taking of their land, dating back over 20 years. This case involved the practice areas of Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Business Law, and Civil Litigation. It was an opportunity to assist a client utilizing all of our practice areas. Very exciting!
