What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Fee for Litigation and research $35hr *E/O insurance Notary (MD) $8 per signature (plus mileage) DocuSign Remote Online Notary. Fee for Administrative services $25hr

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are document preparers who would like to help you create your documents. We perform notary services and much more! We are a Paralegal group, not attorneys therefore our fee is a lot less. We have over 20 years' experience preparing wills and other documents and filings for clients who can't afford the high attorney fees.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified RON (Remote Online Notary) No need to leave your home, notarization can be done online. 100% legal and accepted nationwide. Send your document electronically, it is uploaded in secure sight, then you will receive link to join me on a recorded webinar to see your identification (drivers license etc) and pass a knowledge based authentication (usually questions from credit report) then final notarization. We are also loan signing agent with NNA and have Paralegal Certificate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I received my Paralegal Certificate and started working for various law firms (Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, International , Special Education Transportation) and others.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently created a Quit Claim Deed for customer and a number of Wills and Power of Attorney documents. Turn Around time is usually 2days for wills and Power of Attorney requests. Notary services is same day agreed upon.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We are a Paralegal Group, not attorneys therefore our fee is a lot less. We have over 20 years' experience preparing wills and other documents and filings for clients who can't afford the high attorney fees.
