What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I meet with all new customers using a variety of video chat platforms. Technology allows me to work with clients anywhere in Washington State. We are no longer limited by distance or inability to meet at an attorney's office.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Wills and Estate Planning Attorney in Washington State. I love working with clients and their families.

I believe the most important legal work is protecting families with strategic and sound estate planning tools.

I limit my cases so you are the most important person I'm working with at any given time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you have access to your attorney at all times, and you like them. Talking to a legal secretary who can't answer your legal questions or waiting for an attorney to call you back is frustrating. You will always speak to me, and I will understand you and your legal issues. You don't want to be a number in a long line with other clients. You want an attorney who strives to serve you, not the other way around.
