What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our management fee is 20% of gross booking revenue minus cleaning fees. Right now we are offering a discounted 15% management fee for the first three months. We also offer set-up packages for those wanting to turn their homes into short-term vacation rentals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process involves setting up a free initial consultation to ensure our interests and expectations are aligned. Different owners want different levels of involvement in their investments and we are happy to oblige! From there, we set up a time to visit and understand the property. Finally, sign the Co-hosting Agreement.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We own a couple of our own short-term and medium-term rentals here in Tennessee for over 2 years now. We have maintained a 4.95+ star rating on Airbnb and retained the title of Super host during that time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started out as short-term rental vacation owners and realized we had a passion for hospitality.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I suggest finding a provider whose interests align with yours. Look for a company that takes as much pride in your assets as you do and is willing to go above and beyond to make them shine.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

-What level involvement do I want to have? (i.e. all the small stuff, monthly check-in's, etc.) -What are my booking income expectations? -Do I have all of the proper licensing, permits, etc. to legally operate as a short-term rental?
