Introduction

We can do whatever a property owner needs from leasing the property to a well qualified tenant to full service property management. I want to manage homes, apartments and commercial properties. The property management company that I work for has been around since the eighties has 280 offices nationwide and manages over 65,000 residential properties. I’m excited to be in the property management business and I intend to give outstanding customer service.

We have a wide range of services and plans to meet any clients needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to talk on the phone initially and then I like to meet the client at the property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Finance degree Birmingham Association of Realtors Member of NARPM The National Association of Residential Property Managers

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Well, I have always liked numbers. I like working with people and I love the challenge of finding the best return for the money allocated. In my previous career I managed over one hundred employees and helped customers maintain their cars (their second biggest investment!). So when I thought about starting my own business it was a no brainer to manage properties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Individual home owners and investors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project was a family that bought a rental property and we found a tenant and got the tenant into the property in two weeks!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the PM has the time to give you excellent customer service. We are new and hungry for new customers and we will take care of our customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Near, intermediate and long term goals.
