What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

True Communications. True open honest direct communication with your licensed manager. Every communication with your manager and your tenant is logged and documented into our True Communication Center. In addition, you will have direct access to your manager’s cell number should you need to reach them after hours and weekends, now that’s True Communications. True Property Marketing. True Property Management is comprised of licensed luxury real estate agents with extensive luxury marketing experience who will market your property with the same magazine quality photography, virtual tours, videos, and professional copywriting you would see in a multimillion-dollar home. It’s the foundation of everything we do prior to syndicating your property to over 200 rental sites like- Apartments.com, Hotpads, Lovely, Trulia, Trovit, RentalSource, and Zillow ultimately getting you the True Maximum Marketing Exposure and highest possible rent. True Tenant Screening. Selecting a tenant is a serious matter. We screen tenants as if they would be living in our own homes. In finding you the right tenant, we put every applicant through a diligent vetting process which includes our True Three Tier Credit Check which consists of- True hard-pull credit report. True national criminal background check. True national eviction check. Once the tenant has passed this stringent investigation, True will personally verify income and landlord references prior to presenting to you. True Express Payments. How did you get started doing this type of work?

Kurt Galitski started True Property Management when he discovered a serious problem in the property management industry – a complete lack of customer service and communication. Unfortunately, in referring his real estate clients to other management companies over the years, he noticed a trend. Most of these clients were coming back to him asking for his help in managing their properties. They were simply dissatisfied with the service they were getting elsewhere. Kurt was an investment property owner himself, and he too had experienced this subpar customer service, lack of communication, and poor marketing of his properties. He decided to create a full-service, boutique-style residential asset management group that would provide one-on-one attention to his clients and bring a sense of urgency to the industry. Consisting of a trusted team of real estate professionals to assist in the acquisition, sales, and management of income property, True Property Management takes all the stress off your shoulders.
