After many years of handling leasing for different kinds of clients and investors, our client's asked if we could help manage more of the day to day duties. Of course we agreed, we're here to help in any way we can!

A wide range from property owners that previously managed themselves for many of years, and have decided to take a step back. Other clients are savvy investors that care most about the bottom line and the cash return on their assets. The focus on acquiring building and we focus on the day to day.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently gave interior design advice on updating a unit to maximize rent potential. The owners listened to our advice and we surprised with the amount of return they got on a monthly bases. Renovation + Leasing took two months.
