What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will have an initial call or meeting to discuss the owner's goals with their property. Following this we can go over the management plan and property management agreement. If we feel like its a great fit for both parties we will sign a property management agreement and get to work.

We did a duplex remodel in La Mesa. Updating the units and bringing them back to market standards.
