What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I respond to inquiries quickly, make an appointment to meet the client at the client's convenience , see the property that needs to be rented and if we agree to work together, sign the listing agreement and start advertising the property to rent. My moto is make it simple for the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker since 1996, We manage properties for our clients and I also help people buy, sell homes, and do mortgages as well. I am a Manufactured Home Dealer as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 1992 I was hired as a bookkeeper in a Real Estate company in San Leandro, CA. I decided to get my own broker's license, and opened my own company in 1996.

All types. In my past 26 years in the East Bay Area, I have worked with an array of people. Everyone's case is unique in it's own way.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

about 8 weeks ago, I was approached by a client who had to evict the tenants, the house needed lots of work and the owner did not want to spend so much to fix the house. I got the house ready within two weeks, in 10% of the original estimate, we did only the necessary repairs, cleaned the house and found a tenant. All this in just 4 weeks, the owner already received his 2nd month rent today.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You need to look for someone you can work with. Someone who is experienced and trustworthy.
