What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to meet and view the property, give the customer an estimate of what it might rent for and advise them on what their property needs in order to be "Rent Ready". If we both agree that we are a good fit, we sign a month-to-month agreement and assign you to your property manager. Simple and efficient.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Master's in Real Estate Development and brokers license. We bring a level of sophistication to the management space that typically dominated by mom and pop shops and real estate agents.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We saw a big gap in the marketplace, poor operators that do not even own rental properties. They had very little empathy or concern for my bottom line so I decided to serve investors like myself. People that care about the condition of their rentals and people that want to maximize their rental income.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Individuals and families that own real estate but they no longer want to do the work for themselves. Our clients enjoy all the benefits of ownership without the drama and headaches of being a landlord.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Visit their office, make sure they have enough staff to actually deliver on their service claims. People and operations are everything. If they do not have good people and good processes then avoid them no matter how cheap they are. Poor service is never worth paying for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask them about specific operations and procedures. What's the leasing process entail, and when should I expect a signed lease? How do you raise rents and when does this happen? When do you inspect the property and does one of your staff actually enter the unit? What type of media does your team produce to advertise my property?
