I can say with confidence that there is not a property management company other than ours that is as hands on and as experienced when it comes to handling a clients home. We know every aspect of this business whether it be a team of skilled vendors to complete repairs or it be innovative and successful marketing of a home. I take tremendous amounts of pride in saving my clients money and maximizing their properties income. I am always just a phone call away making myself very accessible for any situation. I truly enjoy the relationships I get to build with my clients, not only on the buy/sell side but also with the tenants I place into properties we manage. Building a strong relationship with tenants creates a level of mutual respect and hopefully a friendship that will last a lifetime.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The type of service we provide for the fee we charge cannot be matched. We are the type of company that will go to the locksmith to have a lock rekeyed instead of sending a locksmith out on a service call to do the job. Our method costs the owner around $10 the latter costs an owner $140+. If there is any small item we can take care of with a quick trip to Home Depot we are more than happy to personally do so.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I want to make sure a client has all their questions answered and their needs met. It is very important to have our clients know we are a company they can count on to get the job done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was mentored by the company owner himself and the 47+ years of business experience that came with it. I'm never too proud to ask for advice and always do so to ensure my clients receive the best possible information.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My first job when I was 16 was completing handyman+ type work for R.R. Gable, Inc. and their clients. I am very familiar with the entire business from the ground up, a "grassroots" origin.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The jobs or tasks I complete for my clients are anything but "common", there is nothing I won't do for a client. In this profession its a matter of always being available and easy to reach, similar to a concierge but this concierge happens to have a license to sell or buy real estate.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I oversee about 2-3 client remodel projects per year, receiving estimates, ensuring the job is on schedule and paying vendors. I just completed a full remodel (interior/exterior/landscape) of a 1921 home which turned out beautifully. Rent has increased by 250%

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would always want my customer to be sure that their property manager carries liability insurance. R.R. Gable, Inc. carries liability insurance for all their properties, protecting clients, tenants, and ourselves. Many "property managers" are merely realtors that do a small amount of management and do not have insurance. We are very much a brokerage office and an actual property management company too.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you ready to become a landlord? Our company can handle every aspect of management and reduce your involvement to receiving monthly electronic payments in your bank account but there will be expenses involved with maintaining the property. Remember, this is an asset and we want to protect it the best way possible.
