What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge 20% for hosting your property and managing your listing. I take care of A to Z! I list your property on multiple platforms I handle the cleanings after every guest I schedule any maintenance that needs to be completed Inventory of all items are tracked Dynamic pricing software is used to ensure YOU make the most for your Short term rental! Available at any time for phone calls. Will handle permit for STR on my cost. Will collect all monies and send to owner and invoice for fee and any expenses you would like me to take care of (Utilities, Wifi, etc)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We would meet at your property for me to do a walk through. We would discuss what your needs are for property management. I would explain the permitting process and any recommendations for furnishing. If we both agree to move forward, I would submit to the city for the Short-Term Rental permit at my cost. I would handle the inspection and ensure that everything is set up properly according to City Ordinances.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have multiple properties that I manage within Oceanside. I've also taken several trainings on how to efficiently set up Short-Term Rentals and how algorithms for the various platforms work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got involved in this type of work by having a passion for real estate and people. I enjoy ensuring people have a great time at our properties and have everything they need to make incredible memories while on vacation with their families.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with homeowners that don't want to have to worry about managing their vacation rentals. They want someone they can trust and can rely on to ensure their home is well taken care of and communicates with them on any issues.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was a home in Oceanside that's 4 bedroom 2 bath. We furnished the entire home and upgraded the internet. We added a mural and got the interior painted. It is now doing amazing and is perfectly set up for guests. It took us 2 months and we were able to get it done before the permitting process was complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Meet with whoever you're looking to hire if possible. See what their track record is for being profitable and ensure they have a plan and have done research on your area. Know how much management you want your manager to have.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you have any current properties your renting? Are the properties your managing profitable? Do you have an established team to assist you? (cleaning, handyman) What platforms do you list on? Do you use a Property Managment Software to track everything? Can you invoice for expenses? Do you manage collecting the guests fees? Do you handle the taxes for the city and sending in the monthly Transient Tax remittance?
