Initial Meeting: We would schedule an initial meeting with the new customer, either in person or virtually, to understand their requirements, expectations, and property management needs. This helps us gather important information about the property to give our clients their best options.

Realtor, Broker and Property Manager with 32 years of combined experience with the management of over 500 units.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently a landlord that had not checked on his home in over 5 years recently hired us to manage his home. The home was a complete mess with many violations. We helped him in a matter of weeks bring the home back up to code and keep the tenants happy as well by helping them to understand the necessary items needed for their home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We have a combined 32 years of experience in property management, we do regular inspections complete with photos, and estimates is repairs are needed.
