Introduction

Revel Range is a full-service property management & maintenance company. We manage, everything from short-term vacation rentals to long-term rentals. Though we specialize in STR mountain homes and unique glamping and camping stays, we also apply our unique approach to successfully manage long-term rentals and take great care of your property and tenants! At Revel Range, we do real property management – not just messaging from a city office building. While other companies are sipping lattes behind a laptop, reacting to guest or tenant complaints, we’re already on-site, making sure there’s nothing to complain about. Here’s what sets us apart: +Proactive, Hands-On Care: We’re boots-on-the-ground, doing routine upkeep, mowing, checking hot tubs, snow removal, trash management, cleaning windows and ensuring every light bulb works before guests arrive. + Mountain, Rural & Colorado Savvy: Managing vacation rentals in Colorado, especially in the mountains and rural areas, holds unique challenges other places don't experience. We know how to handle access, snowstorms, wildlife-proof trash and optimize your outdoor space. + On-Site, Not On-Screen: While other companies coordinate from afar, we’re physically at the property, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Don’t let “listing managers” leave your guests and tenants frustrated, and your property neglected. Choose Revel Range – where mountain homes get mountain-minded management! We have a unique approach, background and proven ability to take your rental to the next level, that you won't find anywhere else!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is very straightforward but I will need to learn a bit more about your property and needs. We tailor our pricing to each property, because each one is unique with different needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I prefer to get on a call to discuss their needs and learn about their property. From there, I provide pricing and a contract and if all is agreed upon, we're off and running, taking great care of your guest, tenants and property!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been working in this field for most of my life and it has been a family business for several generations. I’m a vetted and certified Airbnb co-host. Here are some of the highlights and stats from my STR hosting experience. + I’ve been an Airbnb superhost for over 3 years + 7 of my listings have earned the “Guest Favorite” designation from Airbnb and are in the top 5-10% of homes on Airbnb + I’ve hosted nearly 400 stays, just since 2024 + I have 230 reviews with an overall 4.98 star rating

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Property management and maintenance has been a family business for over 50 years and I've been working in this field since I was a kid.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
STR home owner, MTR and LTR home owners, large acreage property owners, primary residence home owners, secondary residence home owners

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of my clients wanted to offer something unique, outside of their stunning STR vacation rental home. They have 35 acres of land so I put nearly 2 miles of hiking trails on their property to significantly improve the guest experience for the outdoor space of their property.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
All property management companies need to have the on-site management and maintenance dialed to create the best experience for you, your guests and tenants. Very few PM companies are proactively doing the on-site work that is needed to keep a rental in great shape. They are reactive models that only do something when a guest or tenant complains. The other piece of this that's extremely important is hiring a company that lives and specializes in your area. Too many companies try to manage remotely from 50, hundreds or even thousands of miles away, this is usually never effective. They don't know the unique challenges of the area a like a local company does and this usually leads to poor experiences for everyone.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What their specific needs are as the property owner, what the guests/tentant needs are and what the property needs are to successfully operate. In addition to that, what their budget is so they can remain profitable but still have the property management and maintenance taken off their plate.
