What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I talk to each customer on the phone to understand what they need help with and together develop a solution that works best for them. Although the solutions are multi-faceted, the approach is simple.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

1 of 18 National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) in the state of Connecticut. Over 20 years of management experience, active in the investor community, and a licensed Real Estate agent that helps investors buy and sell property. I have the best tools, resources, team in the industry working for and with me as a Property Management Inc. business. Second to none in the state of Connecticut!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've made a living managing multiple business for a Fortune 500 company and decided now is the time to transition from a resource for a company, to an owner of my business focused on the needs of my clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

For a new client who had just purchased a property and converted it to a 4 unit rental, generating 4x rental income! We managed the construction projects required using insured and licensed contractors, marketed the property, generated the leases, filled the units, and now we managing the day to day. Owner signed off along the way and required very little time on his part. This is some of what we do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look past the pricing and look at the solution. I'm not the right manager for every investor/owner, no one is. If your PM thinks they are, it is a good sign that you don't have the right PM. Long-term strategy is critical to your success. If your PM isn't able to see that, contact me.
