What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer three pricing package so our customers can select a option that best fits their investment needs. All pricing packages are disclosed on our website.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually will create a guest card to ensure we better understand what you are looking for and how we can help you. If it is a good fit, we will schedule an inspection so we can do a free rental analysis on your property. After we receive a signed contract we will introduce ourselves to your current tenant or take pictures so we can start advertising your vacant units as soon as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

MBA, Real Estate Brokers License, Real Estate Salesperson License, Professional Member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

While working for P&G Adrianne Angel started buying her own real estate investment properties and quickly realized property management was what she loved to do. She started by learning every role in a Property Management office and then went on to set-up three new Property Management offices in different cities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Worked as a Property Management Consultant for a non-profit in New York City with over 1,600 distressed units. Was able to implement new technology, recruit and train new staff, and set-up policies and procedures that allowed this company to start making a profit within 3 years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are a lot of people advertising Property Management services that do not have the correct license and insurance. The company's name should be registered with Consumer Protection and you should look at their reviews online. A property manager will never have all 5 star reviews because of the type of business we are in, but go to BBB and read the reviews and you will get a better idea about the company.

How hands on do you want to be? How much do you value your time? How familiar are you with the Landlord / Tenant laws? Do you want to take on additional liability for your investment? Do you have the right team in place to help you manage your property?
