Our pricing is tailored based on the scope of the project. Most clients fall into one of five investment tiers, ranging from $20,000 to $300,000+, which includes everything from licensing to design, furnishings, and full setup. We’re transparent about all costs and will help you build a realistic, profitable Airbnb business aligned with your goals and budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a detailed intro call to understand your goals and property. Then, we complete a property walkthrough (if local), conduct a full analysis of licensing needs, market positioning, and revenue potential. From there, we build a custom project plan, manage design and setup, list your property on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, and handle all day-to-day operations through our comprehensive property management service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our founder, DaJuan Pitts, has over a decade of experience in property management and is a licensed REALTOR® in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. He has managed both affordable and conventional multi-family housing and brings deep expertise in operations, compliance, and market analysis—essential for launching successful short-term rentals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

DaJuan combined his passion for real estate with a knack for hospitality and design to launch DHarveyPitts. After helping several clients convert properties into high-performing Airbnbs, he recognized the need for a full-service firm that makes hosting stress-free and profitable.

We recently transformed a home with great bones but clashing design into a vibrant, high-performing Airbnb. With striped wallpaper, statement furniture, and a cohesive layout, it became a guest-favorite. The project—from consultation to listing—took about 8 weeks and is now fully managed by our team.
