I offer very competitive and reasonable pricing. My theory is, if you don't get paid, then I don't get paid.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I would love to schedule either an in person meeting or an over the phone conference call. I will answer all of your questions and discuss your needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

12 years of property management experience. I have worked in a wide range of different types of properties; single family homes, to multi-unit buildings with over 30 units.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started off as a leasing agent and built my way up in the industry. Going from showing properties, to managing homes, to even getting trained and attending court appearances for Landlord Tenant cases.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask a LOT of questions. Get to know the Landlord that you are looking to hire. This person is going to be managing a property for you and you should feel comfortable talking to that person.
