Add on's include repair coordination for $79 per repair, and annual inspections for $149, with no vacancy fees. The PORTFOLIO BUILDER package, priced at 6.9% of rent plus $79/month, includes everything in the ESSENTIALS plan, plus a 3D tour & floorplan, annual inspection, maintenance coordination, and invoice payments. It also offers discounted leasing services (10% off) and lease renewals (40% of one month’s rent). Optional add-ons include lawn care, pest control, landlord protection, master policy protection, and a tenant benefits package. This project is still in the works, but we’re in the process of adding 60 doors to our management program. It's been an exciting opportunity to work with investors to secure and manage a larger-scale property, ensuring it aligns with our high standards for tenant care and maintenance. We’ve worked through the initial stages of acquisition, financing, and we’re now focusing on optimizing the property’s operations to make it a success.
