Only 50% leasing fee when home is fully managed and one month’s rent for tenant placement! 8% monthly management fee. Communication between the owner and property manager is also our top priority! I’ve professionally managed more than 3,000 homes throughout Florida for over 25 years and a member of the Board for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). We review the entire management process with you and discuss how we can make your rental home more profitable.

20+ years of property management experience. 2020 President of our local Professional Property Management Association for the SWFL Chapter.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was born into Property Management. 2nd generation to the best of the best Property Manager in the Nation; my father.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My recent project was to open AAPM and it took my whole life, up until this year, to do. Thank you God for this blessing! 🙏

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Property Management knowledge and professionalism is extremely important in this area of work! You don’t want a Property Manager that is just dabbling in Property Management. That could be dangerous $$ and land you on the wrong side of the law. We know the laws, we know how to handle any tenant issues that come our way.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Does the Property Management company that you choose also own their own Maintenance company? (Maybe under a different company name) If so, you may have excessive unnecessary $$$ repairs being done on your property. Does the Property Management market your home with photos AND video? If not, choose us! Video marketing videos show your home online from the front to the back! Prospects may even apply to rent your home from simply watching the walk through video online! It’s a service that we provide, while many other companies do not.
