I'll provide a free rental analysis. Visit the property to take pictures and make suggestions. I can typically do this the same day.

I worked in General Maintenance from 1994- 2001. I started in Property Management as a leasing consultant in 2001. From 2001 to 2010 I have held the positions of Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, Vice-President of Association Management. I have been running my own property management company since 2010.
