This is how to get started . . . Once you've given us a call to discuss your needs and ensure there is a good fit: 1. You schedule a quick property preview. 2. We prepare a “make-ready checklist” and determine the likely “rental price-range.” 3. You complete some simple paperwork. 4. We take charge of leasing, maintenance, and management details, so you can live your life!

Legal, compliance, contracts, evictions, fair-housing, collections, tenancy, real property. Our licensed broker just so happens to also be an attorney, so we always have your best interests in mind with respect to compliance and liability reduction.
