Briana Reyes

As a recent graduate of Florida Atlanta University, I have obtained my degree in psychology. Also with my love of learning and personal growth I have obtained my Florida Real Estate License as well as my Community Association Management License. My current role as a Project Coordinator for a construction management/owners representative company in Boca Raton, has provided me with expertise in overseeing large-scale projects, managing budgets, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with city regulations-critical skills for efficient property management. I successfully maintain project documentation, tracked inventory, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and handle financial approvals, all of which translate directly to managing properties, maintaining schedules, and tenant relations effectively.
