How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our first project was Dome House in New Paltz, NY. We worked with the client from acquisition, design, management, marketing, and more. Our photography was featured by Airbnb on their Instagram followed by many other publications.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with investors and entrepreneurs globally and work with all sorts of clients that range from individual investors, partners, small businesses, and more. We have many clients who have multiple ventures and real estate is just one of them.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We're most fond of our project in West Palm Beach, The Monkey Cottage. We helped acquire, re-design, added a resort concept with a luxury pool, hot tub, cabana, gorgeous mural by a local artist, and more. Inside, we incorporated a monkey/jungle theme and guests love it! The property is booked and busy year round.
