What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Don’t want to lock into a long term relationship? We know commitment is scary. Our management agreement works on a monthly basis, and you can cancel at any time without penalty with a 30 day notice. We believe we must work to earn your business every month, and we can’t wait to show you how well we treat your property!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At Property Management Inc., we are experts at quickly leasing your property. Every day it sits empty, you are losing money. We use over 30 marketing channels to get the word out and get it rented quickly - and we work hard to find the best tenants through a through screening process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our property managers are licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional regulations (DBPR). We are also a licensed Florida Real Estate Brokerage Company. Licensed status may be confirmed by visiting the DBPR official site.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

With a passion for Real Estate I started my investment portfolio 12 years ago. I have owned several rentals that I have self-managed before deciding to make my passion a business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Property turnover time is subject to the scope of work that is needed to get the property rent ready. We have a team of qualified vendors that are ready to complete any work necessary as quickly as possible. Once the project is funded we will have a crew at the property to promptly begin work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Successful rental property management requires industry knowledge, experience, and enough free time to complete the necessary tasks. Self-managing can often take a significant chunk out of your day, making it difficult for you to complete other tasks you might need to do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Property managers have a wide array of responsibilities related to managing your rental property. There are many which you may not even be aware of. Many people go back and forth trying to decide whether they want to hire a property manager. They believe they can handle the tasks on their own but later realize that hiring a property manager saves them a lot of time and removes a lot of unnecessary stress
